1. The Home as a Living Mirror
You will explore the home as an extension of the person who inhabits it — a reflection of the mind, emotions, energetic condition, personal history, and life narrative.
2. The Invisible Language of Physical Manifestations
You will learn how to decode recurring physical expressions in the home through the lens of the Five Elements of Chinese Metaphysics:
Water
Dampness, leaks, moisture, infiltration
Often connected to emotion, fear, exhaustion, or an energy that is not flowing well.
Wood
Plants that do not thrive, show weak growth, or have blocked vitality.
Often related to stagnation, frustration, unrealised movement, or difficulty expanding into life.
Fire
Electrical disturbances, short circuits, and light bulbs burning out repeatedly
Often associated with agitation, overload, emotional intensity, or scattered energy.
Earth
Cracks, crumbling walls, unstable structures, and fragility in the material base
Often linked to insecurity, overburden, lack of support, or emotional depletion.
Metal
Clutter, excess accumulation, objects without purpose, environments that feel rigid or lifeless
Often connected to difficulty letting go, unresolved grief, confusion, or disconnection from what truly matters.
Each manifestation will be explored as both a practical sign and an energetic metaphor.
3. The Intuitive Dimension of Feng Shui
You will be introduced to a more intuitive and perceptive way of working with space.
This means learning to feel the atmosphere of a room, recognise symbolic messages, trust the intelligence of observation, and deepen your sensitivity to what the home is communicating beyond the obvious.
This intuitive dimension does not replace classical knowledge.
It refines it.
It allows you to approach Feng Shui not only as a system to study, but as a language you can begin to understand from within.
4. Practical Tools for Observation and Harmonisation
You will receive grounded tools to help you observe, interpret, and begin harmonising your environment in meaningful ways — both materially and energetically.
5. Guided Home–Self Reconnection Ritual
A guided process to restore the emotional, symbolic, and energetic bond between you and your home.
6. Bonus Practice: Organ and Emotion Harmonisation through Jin Shin Jyutsu
A gentle energy practice to support alignment between body and space, helping restore coherence, clarity, and inner balance.
